The APM-MS 8x32IF-ED Binoculars offer an ultra-modern optical system with optimized viewing characteristics and maximum contrast in a robust housing. The “IF” stands for the ability for individual focus for both eyepieces.
The field correction is of the APM-MS 8x32IF-ED Binoculars is facilitated without flat field lenses. The high-end ED lenses from Hoya (FCD1) reduce chromatic aberration to an absolute minimum and therefore provide an outstanding image free of chromatic aberration. The FMC-coated optics are complemented by a high-quality BAK-4 prism system and offer excellent transmission combined with a natural, high-contrast, almost perfectly reflex-free image.
With a field of view of 8.2°, these rugged, splashproof binoculars offer an impressive wide-angle view. With the eyecups turned upside down, the binoculars are completely suitable for spectacle wearers and the entire field of view is visible right to the edge.
All APM Magnesium Series binoculars bodies are constructed with lightweight Magnesium. Not only is Magnesium the lightest of the metal elements, it is also extremely strong and is resistant to corrosion. The body of each binocular is well armored, which serves to both protect the body from damage while also providing a lightweight, slip-resistant grip. You can easily focus your binoculars by adjusting each eyepiece individually, perfectly matching your own vision.
