The new Founder Optics diagonal is offered in 1.25” and 2” versions. These well made accessories are an essential part of any telescope setup as they allow the observer to view objects in an upright position, so that they can easily be seen in a comfortable position.
The Founder Optics diagonal has dielectric mirror coatings that offer 99.99% reflectivity which provides the highest level of contrast and resolution during critical planetary, lunar and binary star observations. They offer a twist lock compressing ring mechanism which removes the chances of marring and offers stability while providing convenience and the insurance of not dropping screws during eyepieces changes or snapping them.
The 2″ nosepiece diagonal version is threaded for filters and comes with a 1.25″ reduction adapter, allowing it to accommodate both 2″ and 1.25″ eyepieces.
