Rouz Astro OTA Balance Offset Kit

The Rouz Astro OTA Balance Offset Kit is designed for fine tuning unbalanced telescopes caused by things like filter wheels, focus motors, guidescopes, and more. Available for Vixen or Losmondy dovetails, the unique design is extra rigid thanks to the carbon fiber tube, aluminum alloy clamp and carbon fiber composite body.

Rouz Astro OTA Balance Offset KitThe stainless-steel weights are threaded and stackable and they can slide anywhere along the carbon fiber tube with multiple connection options to the clamp. The Kit features extra strength and stiffness using an engineering grade carbon fiber composite base and carbon fiber tube. The aluminum alloy tube clamp offers multiple connection options, infinitely adjustable without any tools through the use of thumb screws. The base clamp can be orientated for East-West or North-South balance.

The Rouz Astro OTA Balance Offset Kit includes:

– 1 x Losmandy or Vixen Dovetail Clamp

– 1x Base Tube Clamp (carbon fiber composite)

– 1x Carbon Fiber Tube 3K Roll Wrapped (8 inch)

– 1x Aluminum Alloy Tube End Clamp (3x mounting holes)

– 1x Stainless Steel Weight (200g, more available)

– 4x Stainless Steel Bolts + Nuts
