It is located 12 miles from scenic Rodeo and Animas, New Mexico and 15 miles from Portal, Arizona and the property overlooks the San Simon Valley. It offers sweeping views of the Chiricahua Mountains on the Arizona and New Mexico border, as well as the Peloncillo Mountains in New Mexico.

Guest will enjoy walking through the cactus garden or watching the birds visiting the bird feeding station. Occasionally you might be able to catch a glimpse of or hear a coyote, see desert cottontail rabbits, deer, ground squirrels, horny toad lizards or even a bobcat.

It has one bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a porch to relax on to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a smart TV with Roku, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi.
