The Rockland Astronomy Club as announced that NEAF/NEAIC 2022 has been postponed till 2023.
The club issued this statement:
Due to ongoing Covid and world economy concerns and impacts on product availability, NEAF has been confronted with significantly lower participation rates for 2022 than anticipated.
RAC has concluded, after considerable effort, that it will not be possible to present NEAF/NEAIC at the high level of quality and excellence that our patrons and exhibitors have come to expect.
Rather than rushing forward with a sub-standard event, it is with the deepest regret that we have determined the need to once again postpone both NEAF and NEAIC to the following year.
Of course, all purchases since the pandemic began in 2020 will be honored for 2023. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all our vendors and attendees for your understanding and support through these difficult times. We look forward to seeing everybody next year for NEAF April 15-16, 2023 and for NEAIC April 13-14, 2023.
