Sky-Watcher Evolux Reducer/Corrector

A Sky-Watcher Evolux Reducer/Corrector is now available for the all new Sky-Watcher Evolux ED series of doublet apochromatic refractors which offer an update of the company’s classic Evostar series with key upgrades in the optics and mechanics. Designed for the astrophotographers looking to complement their lightweight, widefield, grab-and-go imaging setup, Evolux is also well suited for visual astronomy as well.

Sky-Watcher Evolux Reducer/CorrectorThe new Evolux 62ED and the Evolux 82ED refractors are the perfect blend of superior extra-low dispersion glass and affordability. The Evolux 62ED offers 82mm aperture and 530mm focal length with an available optional reducer/corrector (360mm at F/5.8). The Evolux 62ED offers 62mm aperture and 400mm focal length and is available with an optional reducer/corrector (360mm at F/5.8)

The new 0.9x thread-on Sky-Watcher Evolux Reducer/Corrector is optimized for Evolux refractors and produces a flat field across the entire image while shortening exposure time by 24%.

0.9x Reducer/Corrector for Evolux 82mm specifications include:

– 82mm, f/5.8, 477mm focal length

– 55mm back focus

– 36mm illuminated field

– Includes one ED element

– M56x1 female / M48 male threads

– Includes rotator/adapter with built-in cavity for 2-inch filters

– 62mm, f/5.8, 360mm focal length
